1. What if I have a question about a product?

2. Can I order online?
Any product online with an add-to-cart button is available for online purchase. If the product is more customizable or detailed, the add-to-quote option will prompt us to contact you for a more specific quote to accurately meet your needs.
3. I am looking for a product that is not on your website. Do you offer other products?
Our website is a good representative sample of the products we can offer. However, as a large distributor, we have access to many other products that we can offer if requested. Please let us know your needs and we can provide you with a quote on virtually any item.
4. How long have you been in business? How do I know that you are a reputable company?
We have been in the school equipment, furniture and supplies business for over 25 years. We are one of the largest distributors in the U.S. Over the years we have provided service and products to tens of thousands of customers. Please visit our Testimonials page to see some of our references.
5. Do you offer financing?
We can offer financing through one of our partner financing companies. Please let your sales consultant know that you are interested in this program and they can provide you with a credit application and the program information.
6. What if the product I want is back-ordered?
If we run out of a popular item we will notify you. You will then have the option to choose a substitute product, wait for it to be available or cancel that item from your order.
7. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our typical lead time for school equipment, furniture and larger orders is 2-4 weeks from the time your order is placed. Our supplies orders typically process within 7 to 10 business days, plus shipping time. However, processing times can vary by product.
8. Why did my order arrive incomplete?
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we often ship your order in multiple shipments from the closest warehouse. If you do not receive the number of boxes listed on the shipper’s paperwork, tell the driver and sign only for the number of boxes you actually received. If this happens, call us at 800-853-5316 and we will resolve the issue.
9. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
For international shipping, we will ship your merchandise to an international freight forwarder of your choosing in the U.S. If you would like us to choose a freight forwarder, we will provide you with the contact information. You will then make arrangements to have the Freight Forwarder ship the goods to you. If you have questions, call us at 800 -853-5316.
10. What if there is a problem with my order?
Your satisfaction is all that matters. If you have a problem with your order, for any reason, please call us M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm, EST, and we’ll address your concern and make sure the situation is taken care of.
11. Can I use a gift certificate to purchase items?
Yes you can use gift certificate for our products. You can call us at 800-853-5316 to redeem the gift certificate. For online purchases using a gift certificate, submit the order as a purchase order using the gift certificate number and stating the dollar amount. Then, fax (904-808-8529) or email the gift certificate to Teachers' School Supply to finish processing the order.
